Neil Armour Architectural Services, is a bespoke North East based architectural design company with thirty years of experience. We have completed many home extensions and self-build homes, as well as space planning for offices and other commercial premises.

We will design and create detailed architectural drawings for your home extension, loft conversion, garage conversion, new build or internal alterations.

From these architectural plans, builders can provide accurate quotations for your house extension, loft conversion, or internal alterations, building directly from them.

We then submit these plans to the local Council for you for Planning and Building Regulation approvals.

When Planning and Building Control approve your building plans, your chosen builder or the local recommended builders can start building work.

We can efficiently manage your project from start to finish, whilst giving you the opportunity and time to consider important design decisions.
